Personal Training
Personal Training sessions are designed for you to achieve
your goals and reach your outstanding potential. Each of
the following areas are covered:
- Weight Loss
- Toning
- Improve fitness
- Improve performance
- Train for a new challenge
- Increase mobility, flexibility and agility
- Improve workout quality
- Improve muscle or postural weaknesses
Before starting you will explain what you want to
achieve. We will monitor progress through a series of
health and fitness checks to help you get the very best
service.
Each session will be at the correct intensity and duration
as well as being exciting, challenging and varied. You will
learn new techniques and different ways of exercising
as we move towards your goals.
Every 6-8 weeks you will receive a health and fitness
test designed to monitor your progress and re-assess
your programme. In addition you will receive regular
flexibility checks, a weekly exercise programme, postural
and technical advice and nutritional information including
what best to eat before and after training/sport/competing.
Fitness Consultancy
The consultancy option is designed for you an experienced trainers
and aims to:
- Freshens up a fitness programme
- Ensures training quality
- Designed to chart progress
- Prevents over training
- Spots and corrects technical issues
Fitness/Health Tests
Health Tests - fat %, lung performance and Blood Pressure
readings.
Fitness Tests - muscle assessment through flexibility
range and fitness test - one test from the 3 point test, bleep
test and step test. |
