General Advice Appointment
Prior to this appointment you will be asked to keep
a food and drink diary. The consultation and resulting
report will:
- Analyse your eating habits and trends
- Look at ways of changing your eating habits and trends
- Explain the effect each food group has on your body
- Discuss the right amount of each food group for your lifestyle
- Consider the correct nutritional requirements for you to lose/gain/maintain your weight
- Give you a personal fat percentage reading
- Advise on what you need to change and how to stop cravings
The emphasis is on long term change rather than quick
solutions.
Sports / Training Advice Appointment
Prior to this appointment you will be asked to keep
a food and drink diary. The consultation and resulting
report will examine:
- The types of food you need to eat to improve performance
- The types of food you need to eat to aid recovery
- The correct amount of fluid you need to drink
- When you need to drink performance drinks
- The right amount of each food group post exercise you need to eat
- Calculating your nutritional requirements
- Your fat percentage reading
