I really love what I do and although well qualified and very experienced I still find myself learning each day. This is such a fast moving industry with new ideas constantly being generated worldwide on a daily basis. I like to tap into that energy and enthusiasm so I can provide all my customers with the utmost care and attention. This allows me to cater for all individuals' goals and needs.

I have all types of clients from casual to serious, top class to starter and because I am qualified in all disciplines the advice and guidance given is clear and concise. In addition I despise the term 'celebrity trainer' and its implications. As I see it there is no one size fits all in this industry.

One further point that I am proud of is I never ever accept payment unless my customer is happy with the work I have done with them.
